HPN 2009 Update!
Dear HPN faithful Pray-ers,
It¹s December, that time of year where we get to reflect on what God has done in and through HPN. I'm so excited to tell you about our year and how much of a difference you made in Hollywood because of your prayers and gifts! It's been so wonderful!
First of all, in 2009 we have sent more MEDIA PACKETS (Hollywood Tribe DVD, remote prayer sticker, HPN brochure and info on other Hollywood ministries) to people who wanted to learn about our ministry, than we sent in the last few years combined! Many more Christians are recognizing Hollywood as the world's most influential mission field, and that's a miracle! Also, our membership has exploded to over 8,000 now around the world. That's almost 2,000 new members since last year!

We have seen a huge growth in people downloading our KIDS PRAYER CALENDARS again, more than past years combined. The thought of kids, their parents and youth pastors praying for Hollywood together is thrilling! Praise God for this answered prayer!

Also, the number of matched "I TO I" PRAYER PARTNERSHIPS has more than doubled since last year. We now have over 1,200 intercessors praying for over 1,200 Christian industry professionals as their "media missionaries." That makes a huge difference to the tent-makers in Hollywood! Thank you so much to all you intercessors.

Because of your faithfulness to us, we want to challenge you to take the next step of growth WITH US. Our goals for 2010 are to make a more visible presence in Hollywood and in our country. We want our membership to exceed 10,000. We want every Christian in Hollywood to have a "I to I" Prayer Partner, adding over 4,000 new intercessors to our team. We want to reach thousands more parents and youth pastors across the country with the Kids Prayer Calendars, and we want to have hundreds more non-believers in Hollywood coming to us for prayer and encouragement.
Would you help us? Here are three tangible ways that you can help HPN to reach the world's entertainment professionals with the love and hope of Jesus through prayer:
1. We need more INTERCESSORS to pray one-on-one for Christian media professionals ESPECIALLY MEN! Would you sign up to pray for one person in Hollywood? Just email Gloria@hpnemail.org and she'll send you more information.
2. We need more HPN MEMBERS praying for Holl ywood. Would you tell your friends, your pastor, and family members about the importance of changing the lives and the projects in Hollywood through prayer. We'll send out free Media packets, we'll come to your church and speak, and we'll meet with newcomers and old timers and pray with them. Please spread the word!
3. We need more MONEY to pay for the growing opportunities. We have only three part-time people on staff, we have limited resources, supplies and impact, because of our small budget. Would you join our radical effort to challenge the Church to pray for the world's most influential people by also supporting us financially? Information on how to give a year-end or monthly gift to HPN is below.
Thank you again and again for being a part of what we believe is an eternally significant movement of prayer. We keep praising God for the miracles He continues to supply for us including YOU! And we thank all of our current donors from the bo ttom of our hearts. We pray for you and praise God for your faithful and generous gifts. And to all you prayer warriors - you are THE BEST!
